Senior Solution Engineer- Princeton, NJ: Propose and demonstrate business solutions to prospective clients. Provide sales team with engineering support by addressing technical issues and queries. Understand and analyze business needs and propose suitable solutions meeting regulatory requirements using structured content management practices. Assist Solution Architects in designing and implementing product solutions. Engage with various stakeholders internally and for clients to brainstorm solution options and help document them. Support the development team throughout the implementation. Perform user acceptance testing for and approve product features and improvements for critical business use cases. Liaise with client teams for planning, configuration and rollout of the solution. Evaluate business functions and needs to determine operational objectives and define optimal system configuration. Advise clients on effective integration of the platform into their workflows and systems. Responsible for application deployment, user training and product support. Work with various internal and client teams to implement the solution and validate designed business configurations and system settings. Assist user training workshops and provide detailed feedback to documentation team for updating training material. Oversee deployment of new product versions in client environments. Develop and implement deployment frameworks to ensure seamless integration with client systems and support future scalability. Telecommuting permitted. Requirement: Must have Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Management of Technology. Must have at least 2 years of experience in InteliNotion, Azure DevOps, Documentum, MS Office Suite, JIRA, Visual Studio, 7zip, Notepad++, Veeva and Remote Support Tools such as Freshdesk, Amazon Workplaces, Citrix Workplaces and Miscellaneous tools such as Box, Snagit, Microsoft Clipchamp, Windows Command Line Interface. Telecommuting permitted. 40 hrs/week, M-F, 9am – 5pm. Salary: $132,350.00- $135,350.00/year. Must have proof of legal authority to work in the US.
