Our Senior leadership team has broad industry experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, finance, insurance, and information technology and they know how to execute.
As Maya Angelou wisely said, “I've learned that you shouldn't go through life with a catcher's mitt on both hands; you need to be able to throw something back.” While expertise isn’t required to enjoy the game, being able to actively engage and contribute to making effective changes enriches the experience and adds to the enjoyment.
Vasu is a founding partner of ArborSys Group with over 30 years of experience in leading business and technology programs across commercial and government sectors. Over the past 17 years, she has held leadership roles in global, mid-size, and small consulting firms, serving industries such as Life Sciences, Financial Services, Publishing, and Insurance.
At ArborSys, she collaborates with the senior team to develop the business model and lead strategic implementations of business and technology solutions aimed at enhancing client performance. Vasu is also a co-founder of InteliNotion LLC, a platform specializing in AI-enabled structured content automation and authoring. She holds a BS and MS in Computer Science from East London and Drexel universities, respectively.

Shailesh has 25+ years of experience in the software development industry as a developer, technical lead, technical project manager, and solution architect.
He has a wealth of knowledge in highly regulated industries like pharmaceuticals and life sciences. He has extensive experience in working for global clients while managing onshore, offshore and/or blended teams. Shailesh holds a BS in Computer Science from MS University (India) and an MS in Information Systems from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Angela has over 20 years of experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry as a medical writer and business analyst. She has an excellent understanding of the clinical development lifecycle from study planning through post-marketing.
Angela has worked on various projects ranging from regulatory submissions to business and IT process improvement initiatives. More recently, she has become actively engaged in the structured content management (SCM) domain, helping clients define their SCM strategy and roadmap, develop their information architecture, evaluate SCM vendors, and run a proof-of-concept or full implementation of the selected SCM tool.
“Don’t boil the ocean” has become one of her favorite sayings. In the world of SCM and content automation, you need to strategically boil water one bucket at a time in order to reach your goal. Prior to joining ArborSys, Angela worked at Genzyme Corporation and Sanofi. She holds a BA in English and Biology from Colgate University, and an MPH from Nova Southeastern University.
