Winnie Casaletto, Partner

Winnie Casaletto is a founding partner of ArborSys. She has worked for over 20 years in business development within the IT services industry. Her focus is developing strong customer relationships that can benefit from ArborSys' services. The focus is to be able to deliver to current customers and grow from referral business. Prior to ArborSys, Winnie was Director of Marketing at ACI and VP of Sales at Fujitsu Consulting. She holds a BS degree from Boston College.
Vasu Ranganathan, Partner

Of course, not all of us are expert players, but you don’t need to be an expert to enjoy the game – and being able to throw something back enriches the experience.
Vasu Ranganathan is a founding partner of ArborSys. She has over 25 years of experience in leading business and technology programs in commercial and government sectors. Over the past 15 years, she has held leadership positions in global, mid-size, and small consulting organizations supporting Life Sciences, Financial, Publishing, and Insurance sectors. As a partner at ArborSys, she works with the senior team to develop the ArborSys business model and lead delivery in business and technology strategic implementations for clients seeking to improve their performance.
Becky Bongiovi, Practice Director Knowledge Management
The “art of what’s possible”, “it’s all doable”, “anything is possible” and “let’s get it done” are just a few of my favorite phrases that I put into action on a regular basis. We each have the power to change things and have a positive impact on the world.
Becky Bongiovi has over 25 years of experience in leading and transforming organizations in the pharmaceutical and financial industries. Becky works with C-level leaders on downward, and across the enterprise to develop and implement solutions to a company’s most complex problems. With a particular focus on empowering the knowledge worker, Becky applies tools and methodologies to identify, capture, evaluate, retrieve and share information assets across the enterprise. Becky holds a bachelor’s degree from Rider University and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. She is also a member of the Scrum Alliance holding certification as a Certified Scrum Master.
Michael J Brennan, PhD, Practice Director Regulatory Compliance
Dr. Michael Brennan joined the Arborsys Group in January 2015 as Director Regulatory Compliance. Prior to joining Arborsys, Michael was at Centocor/Janssen R&D for over 11 years with leadership roles in Global Regulatory Affairs Operations and Information Technology. This followed over 17 years with GlaxoSmithKline in Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Operations.
Michael has over 30 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry. He received his PhD in Experimental Psychology from the State University of New York at Binghamton and did post-doctoral research and was a faculty member in the Department of Neurology, New York University School of Medicine.
As a member of the PhRMA electronic submission working group, Michael participated with PhRMA colleagues and FDA in developing and implementing regulatory electronic submission standards. Michael serves on the steering committee of the FDA/PhUSE Computational Science Symposium. Michael's current area of focus are structured content authoring, structured content management, and data standards.
Angela Horowitz, Practice Director Structured Content Management
Angela has over 13 years of experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry as a medical writer and business analyst. She has an excellent understanding of the clinical development lifecycle from study planning through post-marketing. Angela has worked on various projects ranging from regulatory submissions to business and IT process improvement initiatives. More recently, she has become actively engaged in the structured content management (SCM) domain, helping clients define their SCM strategy and roadmap, develop their information architecture, evaluate SCM vendors, and run a proof-of-concept or full implementation of the selected SCM tool. “Don’t boil the ocean” has become one of her favorite sayings. In the world of SCM, you need to strategically boil water one bucket at a time in order to reach your goal.
Prior to joining ArborSys, Angela worked at Genzyme Corporation and Sanofi. She holds a BA in English and Biology from Colgate University, and an MPH from Nova Southeastern University.
Shailesh Shah, Practice Director Electronic Content and Business Process Management

Shailesh has 20 years of experience in the software development industry as a developer, technical lead, technical project manager, and solution architect. He has a wealth of knowledge in highly regulated industries like pharmaceuticals and life sciences. He has extensive experience in working for global clients while managing onshore, offshore and/or blended teams. Shailesh holds a BS in Computer Science from MS University (India) and an MS in Information Systems from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Curtis Wegfahrt, Director, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources

Andrea Harper, Comptroller and Office Manager
Andrea Harper joined Arborsys Group in February 2016 as the Comptroller/Office Manager. Andrea’s vast experience and accomplishments include all aspects of a corporation’s financial needs including: budgeting, cost controls, accounting principles and practices, internal financial management reporting, and maintaining GAAP compliance. Andrea’s experience also includes overall general office management, Human Resource functions, contract/agreement maintenance and administration, business insurances and the overall internal corporate controls and operations of the company. She also served as a Treasurer for a non-profit user group organization with her previous company and organized and managed the yearly meetings which involved over 100 attendees. Andrea earned her Bachelor’s degree in 1996 from Green Mountain College in Vermont.
